We take in many applications each year through our cultivated network of partners to find the best new leaders, teams, and ideas to grow God's Kingdom, and prayerfully select one new ministry to seed that year.
Once selected, we do everything we can to equip this ministry and its leadership with everything it needs to make a major impact in the community. From funding and strategic planning to web development and events, there is nothing we leave unturned.
For three years, we continue to evaluate all aspects of the ministry to ensure its continued health while also encouraging them to pursue their mission in new and unique ways during the startup phase.
Zera is able to seed new initiatives through a rich network of dedicated donors. All of our coaching, consulting, and seed grants come from faithful faith-filled members of our support team.
New initiatives require lots of people with lots of different skills, from accounting and strategy to hospitality and event planning. Offering your talents through Zera to a new initiative helps get them to new places fast.
