THE CULTIVATE PROCESS

ZERA MINISTRIES · 2-YEAR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Cultivate is a 2-year process designed to form Great Commission Christians — believers who are enthusiastic and equipped to lead others to Christ, disciple them, and multiply that impact for generations. Formation happens through three integrated pillars, all within a close-knit cohort community.

PILLAR I
Character Formation
23 biblical character qualities assessed and developed through weekly 1-on-1 mentoring
PILLAR II
Doctrinal Foundation
4 semesters of theology — Missiology, Spiritual Gifts, Hermeneutics, and Apologetics
PILLAR III
Ministry Skill
5–10 hrs/week serving in a real ministry context with coaching and growing responsibility

Cultivate is for emerging leaders who are Faithful (committed followers growing in spiritual disciplines), Available (able to commit 8–14 hours per week for 2 years), and Teachable (open to honest feedback and character assessment).
